Diablos BCNM

Completed the Diablos BC with Kiyara, Zephyrs, Shandi, Dbaby, and Keys a few days ago. Took us two tries to win. First time was pretty decent until Diablos started to spam his AoE Nightmare. He did it back to back about 3 times and we were dead before we could even wake up from it. 2nd run we were a bit more lucky. Only did Nightmare once. I have to say that was a really neat BC. I thought it was pretty cool how the floor tiles did drop out. Thanks to Kiyara’s previous knowledge of the BC though, we were all ok. ^^ Hopefully we’ll do Site #B01 soon.

And of course, the main reason for this post. I have now obtained LV75 on my RDM! Wow, it was a very nice feeling to see myself hit 75. Almost exactly a year after I started, I finally have one LV75 job. ^^ I can say it’s been very rewarding and I am extremely happy to finally have completed RDM. (Well, not technically since I have merit points to work on.) I guess now my main focus will be to get my relic gear from Dynamis if I can. Since I’m located in Asia, time zones for Dynamis with most NA LSes are terrible. ; ; Hopefully I’ll be able to make the Saturday runs when people start doing the 4 cities again. I think everyone is on Xarcabard now. >_<; Still considering what to make my 2nd job.

Class starts back up for me tomorrow. Urgh, hatred. Six more months of servitude and my contract with HS is over. I’m so very glad. My New Year Resolution? To get out more. I think I spent entirely too much time on FFXI these past few months. I need to get out and see the sunlight.


^ Yeah that was pretty insane. o_O; We would’ve made more if there were more mobs.

Joyeuse obtained

Today was a very awesome FFXI day for me. Had lots of fun, honestly, and I thank Zephy for it. I logged in considering EXPing, but Zeph convinced me to go skill up sword, which I did in the manta NM room in Sea Serpent Grotto hoping for the Chary to pop. I spent some time (a few hours) killing mantas before, holy hell, it did spawn. I think I went ballistic waiting for LS and friends to get there so I could get my lovely sword, which I did. <3 The Joyeuse is So. Incredibly. Awesome. I think the double attack rate is about 65%-75%. It’s awesome. Thank you to all who came and thank you to Zenshin and Zephyrs for helping me wtfpwn the placeholders. ^_^

Did Genbu x3 with the LS for the first time tonight. I was amazed how easy he was… We had wayyy too many people, I’d say 6 could easily handle it. I kinda felt bad for Genbu, getting kited pointlessly around like that for the 10 mins or so it lived. ; ; Poor thing.

Did a few BCNM60’s with Londeyr and Mortallocke a few days back. Only one spectacle drop, which made me sad. I was unrealistic hoping for 6 drops so I could keep my own pair! Hehe, oh well. Someday I’ll be able to afford my own~.

BC99

Did BCNM99 with the linkshell today. ^_^ Lots of fun! Won three out of the four runs making notED the first and only NA HNMLS on the Fairy server to win. We rock! Congrats to all those who got interesting items.

Movie file will be hosted at three locations. Once uploaded, I will list all three for those interested. Please don’t overkill my server though. I’ll have to take it down at times if it really kills my bandwidth.
